The General Assembly,
Deeply concerned with the ranking of education in the United States versus other countries.
Realizing that public educational system are not always fair when it comes to things such as funding and other opportunities.
Encouraging that we focus our time and funding on reforming the whole public educational system in the U.S
Affirming that there needs to be a nation wide law and policy that focuses on making sure all states and all students are receiving the education they deserve.
Stressing that In Michigan Detroit, the Detroit Public Schools are in a deficit that has grown to $1.7 million.
Taking into account we spend about $1.7 billion on standardized test each year.

- Passing laws and policies that ensures their is a checks and balance system is applied to the whole nation.
